If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with a serious illness such as cancer, kidney or liver failure, ALS, Parkinson\u2019s, Congestive Heart Failure, emphysema, etc., and have symptoms like pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, anxiety, nausea, constipation or depression, you might benefit from Palliative Care.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
You can receive palliative care while simultaneously receiving aggressive treatment such as radiation or chemotherapy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div> Our care team visits patients in one of our Medical Offices or via Telehealth and offers individualized treatment plans centered on improving their quality of life.<\/p>\n<\/div> Our trained team of doctors and nurse practitioners \u2013 in partnership with your doctor – provide an extra layer of guidance and support to patient and caregivers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> Our care addresses the physical and Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for each child and their family, as defined by the wishes and priorities of the child and family.
